Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily targets and support store operations.
- Adhere to all company safety and loss prevention policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
