Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Visual merchandising to create attractive displays and maintain store presentation standards
- Inventory management including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including store security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
