Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing displays to ensure a visually appealing store.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Cross-train on various departments as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
