Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and offering knowledgeable assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately ring up purchases, handle cash and credit transactions, and process returns efficiently.
- Merchandising: Help with inventory management, restocking shelves, and setting up promotional displays to drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor managers and fellow associates to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours.
- Feedback Collection: Act as a brand ambassador by gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with management.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students welcome).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous work or academic settings.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks.
