Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and display areas, maintaining a neat and organized store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- A valid social security number and the legal right to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
