Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer inquiries and drive sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by ensuring products are organized, stocked, and displayed attractively.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges at the point of sale.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Education: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university; high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
