Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and inventory requirements
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking accuracy
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass pre-employment background check
