Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and promotional targets.
- Stay informed about product inventory, pricing changes, and upcoming sales events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
