Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display racks with products accurately and according to planograms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Ensure products are rotated according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) guidelines.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly and customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- No prior stocking or retail experience is necessary; we train all new hires.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM start) consistently.
- Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
