Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Efficiently process point-of-sale transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges accurately.
- Inventory Support: Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and ensuring product displays are fully stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold the company's image and values at all times, representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
- Skills: Basic math skills for transactions and ability to use POS systems.
