Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
