Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide product recommendations and exceptional service.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
- Assist in inventory control and stockroom organization.
- Handle cash and card payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
