Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash with integrity.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a clean, inviting, and visually appealing store layout.
- Answer customer inquiries about product availability, features, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to restock inventory and prepare the store for the weekend rush.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
