Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including cash handling and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills and the ability to use a POS system.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
