Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including organizing backstock and conducting regular stock counts.
- Handle cash and credit transactions while adhering to company security and accountability policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales goals and support promotional events.
- Ensure the sales floor is safe, clean, and welcoming for all customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
