Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide a welcoming experience for every customer entering the store.
- Transactions: Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
- Customer Support: Answer product questions and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts and inventory organization.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
