Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
