Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selections and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise displays to company standards.
- Manage inventory counts and restock shelves as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with a focus on service recovery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
