About the Role:
You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable shopping experience. From ringing up sales to maintaining store aesthetics, your attention to detail will drive our success.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Provide product recommendations and styling advice to meet customer needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict attention to accuracy and security.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
