Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise displays to attract customers and highlight promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment throughout the weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
