Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering product inquiries.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability throughout the weekend shift.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to maximize sales and store performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
