Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Merchandise and stock shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
