Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and processing payments.
- Merchandise products to create appealing displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and fitting rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy.
