Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, style guidance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while processing payments and returns
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Contribute to a clean, organized store environment with attention to detail
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays 10am-6pm, Sundays 11am-5pm)
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Ocean Avenue location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
