Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Merchandise and display products according to visual merchandising standards to maintain a polished store appearance.
- Organize the sales floor, stockrooms, and fitting rooms to ensure optimal store operations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
