Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visually compelling merchandise displays and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and organizing displays
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Participate in seasonal merchandising initiatives and promotional events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to connect with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
