Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties including cash handling and store security
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
