Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and visually arrange displays to maintain brand aesthetic
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store priorities
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid NC driver's license (if operating company vehicle)
