Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and visually appealing sales floors
- Participate in weekend promotions and special events to drive sales
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility for training
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems/cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and reliability with punctual attendance
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional off-site errands
