Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience
- Manage inventory tasks including stock processing, replenishment, and markdowns
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organized displays throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational excellence
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Contribute to a positive team culture through communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Reliable transportation to/from our Camelback Road location
