Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an immersive shopping environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and display maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in store events and weekend promotions to drive customer engagement
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards throughout all shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers find perfect products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-6pm)
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
