Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Operate safely and efficiently while adhering to company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational excellence
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including store preparation and cleanup
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and weekday evenings
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
