As a key member of our evening crew, you'll create memorable shopping experiences while maintaining store presentation and operational excellence. Our commitment to work-life balance ensures you'll never work past 10 PM, with shifts primarily between 4 PM - 10 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling security
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and price verification tasks
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance throughout your shift
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) with weekend flexibility
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
