Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling consultations to high-end clientele
- Manage cash register operations and POS transactions accurately
- Execute visual merchandising displays during evening restocks
- Process online orders and curate in-store pickup experiences
- Collaborate with night team inventory counts and restocking
- Host exclusive weekend shopping events and trunk shows
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury customer service experience preferred
- Availability Friday-Sunday (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and brands
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency in retail management software
