Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in designated warehouse areas
- Stock shelves and display cases according to store layout plans
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, organized storage zones
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless shift transitions
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols during all stocking operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and stocking procedures
- Attention to detail in product placement and rotation
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
