Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly engagement
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to drive weekend sales
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support store opening/closing procedures including light cleaning duties
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets and promotions
- Participate in seasonal product launches and weekend events
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm) with consistent weekend availability
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Diego location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for coastal lifestyle products
