Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge for outdoor gear, apparel, and accessories
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle customer inquiries regarding products and promotions
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store appearance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in seasonal product training and promotional events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
