Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Organize inventory in accordance with company standards and safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize stocking efficiency
- Ensure all displays are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of inventory or stocking experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Pass background check and drug screening
