Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment and markdown coordination
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Attend weekend product knowledge sessions to stay current on brand offerings
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Santana Row location
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal work authorization
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment
