Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling and ensure the store's financial transactions are secure
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
