Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and personalized service.
- Store Operations: Maintain store appearance and organization, including stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and setting up attractive displays.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, make accurate change, and reconcile daily deposits.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, receiving shipments, and organizing stockrooms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth store operation during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
