Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas following inventory guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Collaborate with overnight team to prepare store for daily operations
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable early morning availability (4 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work authorization and state ID required
