As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience. You will work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) to help drive sales and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining store appearance, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is priced and labeled correctly.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and digital payments.
- Inventory Management: Support inventory counts, receive new stock deliveries, and organize stockrooms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual and reliable in previous work or academic settings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail regarding product presentation and inventory accuracy.
