Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support loss prevention efforts by following security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome to apply)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 20-25 hours/week)
