Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Organize, stock, and visually merchandise products to maximize sales appeal
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville Beach Blvd location
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
