Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and displays according to company standards
- Manage inventory rotation and stock rotation systems
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 12 PM shifts consistently
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
