Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all shoppers visiting the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are clean and appealing.
- Handle cash and card payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and promotional targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
