Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
