Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the sales floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with evening shifts (4PM-10PM)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid CA driver's license if transporting merchandise
