Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing expert product knowledge.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
